All privately owned and fully furnished, including linens and all kitchen appliances/implements. Most are located in Waterville Estates and include access to the multi-million dollar recreation center: indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, gym, game/arcade room, basketball, tennis, volleyball, badminton courts, swimming pond, pedal boats, ice skating pond, lounge and more. 15 minutes to Waterville Valley, 20 minutes to Loon, 30 minutes to Cannon, 45 minutes to Lakes Region, and 50 minutes to New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

Rental Policy

Minimum stay: 2 nights
Seasonal rentals (summer or winter) available
Deposit is returned within 14 days of completion of rental if property is left in reasonable condition.

2-5:00 pm; late arrivals can be accommodated Check out by 11:00 am
