Both floors of this villa come with complete ensuite bathrooms, kitchens and living/dinng rooms. The view of South Sound is "stunning" - the constant tradewinds "cooling" - the secluded location "relaxing" Ideally located for maximium enjoyment of North Sound - a water sports paradise. The biggest problem with Sound Bay Villa is that you will find it so comfortable - "you won't want to leave."
Rental Policy
50% deposit with reservation. Deposit applied to future rental should cancellation occur. Visa/Mastercard, Cash, Traveler's Checks, Bank wire, bank check accepted. 15% BVI Tax and Service charge applied to final billing. Add 10% to rental rates for Christmas and New Years rentals.
