From the Master Suite with huge walk-in closet and Jacuzzi tub and glass shower...to the decked pool with incredible views of South Sound and the reef, this villa says "luxury." Both floors of this villa come with complete ensuite bathrooms, kitchens and living/dinng rooms. The view of South Sound is "stunning" - the constant tradewinds "cooling" - the secluded location "relaxing" Ideally located for maximium enjoyment of North Sound - a water sports paradise. The biggest problem with Sound Bay Villa is that you will find it so comfortable - "you won't want to leave."

Rental Policies

50% deposit with reservation. Deposit applied to future rental should cancellation occur. Visa/Mastercard, Cash, Traveler's Checks, Bank wire, bank check accepted. 15% BVI Tax and Service charge applied to final billing. Add 10% to rental rates for Christmas and New Years rentals.
