Situated on the small, quiet, all sport Garver Lake, this home offers stunning views and a peaceful retreat from a busy world, without sacrificing convenience. This wonderful home comes to you fully furnished, with every amenity imaginable, including TV/VCR, washer & dryer, outdoor grill and a fully equipped kitchen, with all linens, utensils and dishware provided. This home also features a 50’ lakefront view, convenient access to boat rentals, Garver Lake golf course, swimming in the summer and in the winter, snowmobile trails, ice fishing and more.

For those preferring to let someone else do the cooking, there are restaurants within three miles including Red Lobster, Bennigan’s, Texas Roadhouse, and Olive Garden. The famous Lunker’s that includes their new restaurant, is just down the road for those who are avid sportsman. If you get bored and want to shop a little, visit University Park Mall just south into Indiana and north of the 80/90 Indiana toll road.

• Per Weekend: $495 (Friday – Sunday or Monday if holiday)
• Per Week: $750 (Monday morning through Sunday or Monday if holiday)
• Per Double Weekend: $975 (Saturday thru the following Sunday evening. ie: check in Sat, morning, Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Th, Fri, Sat, and check out by Sunday noon)
• Per Month: $1250 (1st to end of month) renter pays utilities.

$495.00 to $750.00 per week
$1,250.00 to $1,250.00 per month

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

•$300.00 returnable damage deposit paid by a separate check that will be voided and returned if no damage has occurred. $1000.00 for monthly rentals.
•$35.00 cleaning fee required plus $10 per additional week up to $55.
•50% down to hold. To be paid in full 8 days prior to check in to clear check or cash day of check in.
