Our cute and cozy Florida home is situated on the Vista Del Lago gated residential community off West Hwy 192. Plenty of amenities within the resort style living. Less than 5 miles to Disney World and easy access to all the other theme parks.

Property Details

Our home is modern and very clean. It is air conditioned with a screened room at the back with patio furniture to take in the Florida sun - the ideal place for a beer and a book. The front room has a 51” Widescreen TV with satellite and DVD player also a built in stereo as well as a playstation 2 with a variety of games to keep the kids entertained. There is a telephone for local calls. A new computer with internet access is available for you to log onto your own email account.

All bedrooms have individual satellite set top boxes to enable every room to watch a different channel on the individual TV's.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with en suite bathroom with bath and shower, a TV with individual satellite receiver and a walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed with TV and individual satellite receiver and a dvd player. The third bedroom is a twin room with a dolphin theme and also has its own combi TV with satellite receiver. The second bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms. There are large wardrobes also plenty of drawer space within the matching furniture. All linen and towels included.

The fully fitted kitchen includes oven / hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, waste disposal and all other smaller appliances. A full size washer and dryer are situated in the utility area along with iron and ironing board. A BBQ is available for those balmy evenings after a long day at the theme park.

Vista Del Lago is a 275 acre community set on Racoon Lake with easy access to all the fun of Disney World. It has 24 hour gated security and is a quiet friendly residential community. Your stay here includes free use of all the amenities at the million dollar clubhouse. Activities include floodlit tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboards, horseshoes, fishing lake with boat ramp, kids playground, pool tables and fitness room. There are also a number of arranged activities such as crafts and bingo. Although the house does not have its own pool (no pool heat to pay), you can make use of the three pools and the hot tub as well as the kiddies pool. One of the solar heated pools is just a 100 yard walk from the house with plenty of sun loungers on a decked area.

Refundable security deposit required with booking.
No overbooking permitted.

Guest arrival time is after 4pm but earlier time may be available upon request

$100 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT PER WEEK.
BALANCE DUE 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO STAY.
$200 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT PAYABLE WITH THE BALANCE.
SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF STAY AFTER GO AHEAD BY OUR MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
MINIMUM STAY 3 NIGHTS.
