Our Maui Island Hideaway is located just 75 ft from the Ocean/Water. We have panoramic views of Haleakala National Park / Volcano, Molokini Island, Kahoolawe Island Reserve and Cape Kinau ( Southern Tip of Maui Island). All this right from your Lanai

Property Details

Our Island Hideaway is located in the beautiful Maalaea Banyans, Maalaea, Maui, about 75 ft. from the ocean. It is a completely furnished ( Remoldeled )1br/1ba unit including a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, so that four people can occupy the unit comfortably. It is air-conditioned and has a large lanai which directly faces the ocean. A fully equipped modern kitchen featuring (Black Galaxy Granite Slabs & Natural Maple Cabinets along with a radiant heat stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and all amenities for cooking along with a new washer/dryer make our vacation home complete in every way. Our unit is attractively furnished with a tropical motif and excellently maintained.

Rental Policies

Reservations
• To secure, remit deposit of $225.00 ( or payment in full if total is less than $500.00) – Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
• Keys will be distributed to you at the reception Desk by Receptionsit.
• Check in time 3:00 PM, Check out time before 11:00 AM
• Please Advise if scheduled arrival time is after 6:00 PM

Cancellations

• Cancellations – Cancel more than 30 days in advance of arrival, Deposit will be refunded, less a $50.00 cancellation fee
• Cancel less than 30 days – if we are unable to rent between initial arrival date and initial departure dates all funds will be forfeited
If you cancel less than 30 days of initial arrival date and initial departure date and some of the days can be rented then deposit is not returned and a pro-rata refund will be given
• On NO SHOWS or EARLY DEPARTURES all funds forfeited. If property can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be given
• Cancellation policy is subject to change at any time without notice
• Cleaning fee of $ 95.00 applies if booking is less than 7 days
