(10 mins to the towns of Hudson and 15 mins to Woodstock). 43 sets itself apart creating a modern uncluttered spacious environment that allows one to disconnect from city life and rejuvenate in the country. Main features include a 700 sq foot terrace with breathtaking Hudson Valley views, A sleek but warm open plan living room with huge Italian sofas high cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace. Attached to the living room is a full gourmet kitchen open to the living area for easy conversation and a bar style island to gather around. Possibly the best feature is the lounge style Movie room with an 8 foot High definition projector screen and digital surround sound. Nearby attractions are Golfing, Bowling, Drive in theatre, Bakery, live music and dining at the river front, hiking, mountain biking, and paint balling.

Rental Policy

50% of rental rate due at time of booking/ balance due 30 days prior to check in.
Cancellations only 30 days prior to check in with a $ 200.00 processing fee.
