This is a country home on a secluded peninsula of 4 acres. It offers a magnificent panoramic view of Wadmalaw Sound and the Intracostal Waterway . There is a 25' x 50' pool and a dock for watching boats travel the waterway, birds diving for fish, and porpoises coming up to breath. The dock can be used for fishing, sunning, crabbing, shrimping or boating.

Despite the relaxing ambience, the location provides for sophisticated shopping and restaurants within just 25 miles at nearby historic Charleston. There are also numerous golf courses and resorts (Kiawah & Seabrook Islands) and historic plantations within a 30 miles radius.

Outdoor activities on site include swimming, fishing, crabbing, shrimping, boating and watching heron, hawks, egrets, porpoises, and boats traversing the waterway.

Rental Policy

Damage or repairs resulting from rental use will be subtracted from security deposit.
