Telephone with free long distance (US only), full kitchen, linens. Washer, dryer and large lower level recreation room. New furniture, two DVD players, large screen TV, foozball table, high speed internet with WiFi, satellite TV, covered picnic table with lights. Gas grill, fire pit, benches and swings for you enjoyment. Horseshoes. Covered front porch, screened rear porch overlooking the lake.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

3 night minimum. $300 deposit with reservation (converts to security deposit). Full rental due minimum of 30 days prior to stay. No cleaning charge (except for abnormal conditions). Taxes will be added.
