Located in the lovely city of Eagle, this home is a short drive to Boise International airport and downtown Boise. The Boise area offers something for everyone! Fishing, boating, mountain biking,white water rafting, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling are some of the outdoor activities. Float the Boise river in the summer and ski Bogus Basin in the winter. Bogus Basin ski area is only 16 miles from downtown Boise. White water rafting is a short half hour drive north.

Explore downtown Eagle's many fine restaurants and shops.

Relax in our spacious air conditioned four bedroom, three bath single family home in a quiet neighborhood. Adjacent to Eagle Hills public golf course. Other features of the home include family room, three car garage, large country kitchen with island, breakfast area, dining room and a downstair bedroom with it own bath. The upstair bedrooms has a jack and jill bath. The back yard borders a private common area bass pond, public golf course and walking trails. You'll love relaxing in the back yard surrounded by lush landscaping, pond views and watching the golfers putt.

So de-stress and stay at our home instead of some crowded and noisy motel or hotel.
