All apartments have two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, they are fully equipped and include the following: - Bedroom 1 one queen size bed - Bedroom 2 two single beds + a rollaway bed if requested. - bed linen including doonas towels

Property Details

Our apartments are located at 74 Preston Street, Como (at the corner of Preston Street and Canning Highway). We are 8 minutes from the City 15 minutes from Fremantle, 20 minutes from the Airport and 10 minutes from Curtin University. Public transport is located at the doorstep with a 15 minutes service to Perth and Fremantle. We have our own car park with free parking for all guests and street parking is also available.
The apartments are very clean and are serviced prior to check in and upon checkout only.
Please note check in time is 2pm or later.
Check out time no later then 10am on the morning of departure
If you require a late checkout a charge of $60 is applicable. Please advise at the time of booking if late checkout is required.

Rental Policies

Maximum booking 4 weeks will extend subject to inspection of the apartment by manager
