Our condos allow vacationers the ability to enjoy the Palm Springs desert area and at the same time have access to the top rated hotel/spa -- Living Waters Spa. "The Condos" are just a few steps (20 seconds, across a quiet street) from Living Waters Spa. Not only can you stay in the condos for a night or weekend but they are also great for affordable long term vacations from 1 week to 1 month or more -- perfect for "snowbirds."

"The Condos of Living Waters Spa" consist of six 2 bedroom units and have granite & tile kitchens, new appliances, new carpet, new furniture, central air (and heat), and individual garages. Plus the views of Mt. San Jacinto are jaw dropping -- especially from the condos on the 2nd story! There is a flat screen TV, DVD player, and free broadband wireless internet in each condo.

Living Waters Spa is truly a unique spa of spas. It is the Palm Springs desert communities only hot natural mineral water spa that is "European style clothing optional."

Living Waters Spa is top rated in Desert Hot Springs and among the top 8 in the State of California according to TripAdvisor.com.

Those who rent a condo have free access to Living Waters Spa from 10:00am until 9:00pm. You can soak in the mineral waters pools, enjoy the sauna, and indulge yourself in a massage. Also, each day at 3:00 the spa provides a time of wine & cheese and light snacks.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

All condos are non-smoking and adults only. No pets or children please. Each condo sleeps 4 (2 king beds). Rates are based upon 1-2 person occupancy, $100/week fee will be added for 1 or 2 additional persons. For stays longer than 3 months, please contact us for rates.

Security Deposit (refundable): $500. Any damages that are less than the security deposit shall be deducted from the security deposit. Any damages in excess of the security deposit are the guest's responsibility and must be paid within 15 days from checkout. The Security deposit, minus any damage fees, shall be credited back to you within 15 days of your stay.

Other Fees: Cleaning Fee $120 for 2 or more weeks.
