Enjoy year round fun and sun for the entire family in our Boulevard Heights 3BR/2BA home. It features a 4 person hot tub under a lighted Gazebo, a Screened Lanai w/Teak Furniture & Lighted Fan, and a Gas Barbecue w/Side Burner & Push Button Ignite.

It should be possible to vacation with a large family or group of friends without spending large amounts of your budgets on the hotel.

Here at Miami Seasonal Rental we believe you should be able to find a well maintained home offering all the amenities of your own home at an affordable budget in a safe and secure middle class neighborhood.

Given that most will rent a vehicle when traveling to south Florida, we feel our seasonal rental can offer a value not often found. We listen to our renters and work dilligently to provide the best setting possible, please view our guest comments!

Our home has porcelain tile laid throughout the common areas and kitchen. All bedrooms have berber carpet, window blinds and curtains for full privacy.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave and oven and also includes a side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser. A coffee maker, fondue maker, blender, slow cooker, toaster oven and necessary utensils are provided. Service for eight is included as well as all the pots, pans, cookware, and cook books necessary to create your own gourmet meal.

150-channel Dish Network satellite provided in living room via a high definition 37-inch wall mounted LCD TV with a 600 watt surround sound system. The home theater system in the gameroom is also iPod compatible so you can easily connect your iPod to enjoy tunes from your personal collection. Free local and long distance phone service is provided within the U.S. and Canada.

Included with the home is the use of a wireless laptop and a wireless network card to use the provided free broadband Internet Access. You can also connect you own personal laptop to the wireless network provided. If you need to conduct business, a color printer is also available.

We have a furnished screened in patio that overlooks a bamboo fenced backyard with gas BBQ and lush landscaping. There is a 4 person hot tub to help you unwind!

Hollywood - Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Miami International Airport are both just 20 minutes away. Only five minutes to downtown Hollywood, 15 minutes to downtown Fort Lauderdale, and 20 minutes to trendy South Beach!

More importantly, we are centrally located between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale offering access to all that south Florida has to offer. We are just six miles west of Hollywood Beach, with its famous boardwalk, restaurants and shopping!

Marvelous and Convenient are two of the words that I will use to describe the house in Boulevard Heights. The house has all the necessities of a regular house including Satellite TV, Computer with the Internet, Jacuzzi, two bathrooms and three large rooms. Most important, it is a short ride to the supermarket and shopping areas. Our Family had a wonderful time in Hollywood. The location of the vacation property was covenant to all shopping facilities. It was very clean and comfortable. The Back yard was very private with a hot tub it was big enough for kids to run around and play. Angie and Gary had everything you would need to make your vacation a carefree one from a full fridge and freezer, a washer and dryer, DVD’s, a computer, bedding, towels, and beach chairs...etc. Would we recommend this as your next vacation rental...ABSOLUTELY! $500 deposit to hold reservation dates which automatically converts to refundable security deposit. Monthly bookings require 25% of the rental rate in addition to the $500 damage deposit due at time of booking.

Other Fees:
A Cleaning fee of $100 is applied to all rental payments.

Other Policies:
Full rental rate due 30 days prior to arrival. Maximum of 10 occupants in 3BR.

Minimum Age Limit:
25 (18 to 24 possible w/prior approval of owners).
