Rental Policies

Arrival Times

Weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday and weekend rental is from Friday to Sunday. Check in is at 3PM. Check out is at 11AM.

Rental Rates

$1,000.00 to $1,250.00 per week
$3,500.00 to $4,300.00 per month

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Payment must be made by check or money order in full at the time of reservation. A $200.00 security deposit is also due at this time. RENTAL PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE! However, should a renter be unable to visit, we will make a good faith effort to find another. If we are successful, the payment and deposit will be refunded minus a $150 re-booking fee.
