Shades of the Past is located just outside of the Arts and Crafts Community of Gatlinburg; about 5 miles from Traffic Light #3 on the downtown strip in Gatlinburg. It also provides easy access to Pigeon Forge and all its attractions.

Imagine living in authentic log cabin from the 1800's!! This truly unique cabin features the old timey look of the past with the modern conveniences of the present. The original cabin was moved from the National Park to its present location in the 1980's.
The inside features 2 bedrooms, each with its own TV; 2 bathrooms; wood burning fire place in the living room with TV,VCR,DVD; eat in kitchen; inside jacuzzi tub and full size pool table. The outside has a huge hot tub, picnic table, and charcoal grill. There is a big, flat yard with horse shoe pit and plenty of room to roam about. The front porch features a wormy chestnut bench and rocking chairs to enjoy nature at its finest.
This cabin is located within walking distance of a trolley stop and Mills Park, and just a short distance from the Gatlinburg Community Center.

Rental Policy
You must be 21 to rent this cabin. If you cancel prior to 2 weeks of your arrival, you would get a refund, less the cancellation fee of 10% of the entire rental. If you cancel within two weeks of your arrival, no refund will be given, but you may apply your money to another stay within one year.
Arrival Times
Check in is at 3PM; check out is at 11AM.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
A deposit of one half the stay before tax is required when making the reservation. The balance is due one week prior to check in.
