Additional charges for 7th and 8th guest, $25 per person per night.

All rates are for a 7 night rental.

A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Not included in the rental rates is a refundable security deposit and a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%.
