Our unique 3000 sq.ft. house sits 100' from the lake, with over 326' of water frontage. The lake is warm and loaded with fish of all kinds. Loons visit often. Use our kayaks or rowboat to explore a nearly private tranquil lake, or sunbathe on the dock and swim platform. Go for bike rides around the forest trails. For a change of pace, head into Belgrade Lakes for shopping and fine dining or a round of golf, or head into Farmington or Augusta for shopping, movies and dining. Tour the State capitol of Augusta, enjoy the river front, and generally experience life as it should be!
