For those of you looking for ski-in/ski-out this is the only property at The Canyons that provides it. The Grand Summit door's open to the gondola and no other Canyons lodging gets you closer. Those boards, ski's and boots are very heavy so why not treat yourself to this luxury.

This AAA 4-Star Condo Hotel is located at The Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah. The Canyons is the largest ski resort in Utah and 5th largest in North America. Ski Magazine recently rated all 3 Park City ski mountains in the Top 50 in North America for 2006. The Grand Summit was home to the "Today Show" for more than 2 weeks during the 2002 winter olympics. The Grand Summit Hotel also hosted one of the final episodes for ABC's "The Bachelor" in 2004. Proving that The Canyons and The Grand Summit lodging offers a superior product.

The Canyons in Park City is a year round resort. Unit GS 541 offers the best in Park City Lodging. This Grand Summit Utah condo offers many features that the other Grand Summit units don't. You have the opportunity of renting direct from the owners. My wife and I have made many upgrades to the unit that distinguish it from other Grand Summit lodging. Some of those upgrades include flat screen TV's in the living room and loft, privacy blinds and a Murphy bed to convert the loft into second bedroom, "Classy Closets" redesign of closet space, added furniture to accomodate clothing storage. Lastly, we have added some nice decorative finishing touches to make your vacations that much more comfortable.

Unit 541's advantages; this very large (1386 sq/ft) 5th floor condo with breath taking views is only steps to the elevator that takes you to the lobby, reading room, spa and restaurants. The "Flight of the Canyons" gondola is 25 steps from the mountain doors and ski valet. Do not under estimate the convenience of being on the Gondola literally 5 minutes after you leave GS 541. This 5 minutes allows time the stop by the ski valet to collect your board or skis. The only problem with true ski-in/ski-out is that you will never want to go back to those great condo's even a hundred yards away from the main resort lift. Given that you are back in you unit GS 541 faster than anyone else coming off the mountain you get to chose from many apres ski options. The Canyons Forum offers pubs, dining shopping and more. This is in addaition to the great bar and restaurant in the Grand Summit Hotel. Free, frequent bus service to PCMR, Deer Valley and many other attractions in the Park City area. The bus stop is just steps from the Grand Summit Condo.


This large 2 story unit sleeps 6+ guests comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, large closet, armoire with TV and balcony access. The loft includes a Queen sleeper sofa, a Queen Murphy bed which acts as separate sleeping area when the privacy blinds are closed and full 2nd bathroom with another large closet. In the Living room there are 2 (very comfortable) built-in Day Beds and a Queen sleeper sofa.


The full kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops. The Dining table has room for 8. Enjoy the comfort of the living room fireplace and plenty of foyer closet space.


On the first floor you will find a full service health spa (great choices of massages and facials) and well-equipped fitness center. Yoga and pilates classes meet regularly. A large outdoor year-round heated pool with 3 hot tubs, steam room and sauna are available for you pleasure.

Children under 7 years of age ski free when an adult ticket is shown. The Canyons has a top rated ski school and a drop off is located in the Grand Summit Hotel . A fantastic Day Care program is also available in the Hotel.

Heated under-ground valet parking is available.

I have access to discounted ski lift tickets with no restrictions the price is $56 for adults per day. Kids under 7 ski free. Kids 7-13 can purchase reduced price tickets at The Canyons Resort ticket windows or in the lobby of The Grand Summit Hotel. Take advantage of your Grand Summit location at The Canyons with your Ski-in/Ski-out lodging.

Rates range from $100/night to $650/night depending on time of year. You will notice how favorably the rates compare with other Ski-in/Ski-out Canyons lodging or other Park City lodging. Just another benefit of renting direct from owner. Daily maid service required.

Rental Policies

You will check-in at the front desk of the Grand Summit Hotel for your stay in unit 541. The Grand Summit Hotel will require a credit card for your incidentals, so you can charge anything on The Canyons resort property. As, agreed upon, all maid fees will be paid by me. Housekeeping will service the unit everyday. They do dishes, beds, bathrooms, vacuum and do a nice job at cleaning the unit. You can use the privacy/service door sign for your convenience. If you need any linen's, robe's, humidifier's etc.. just call housekeeping.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations prior to 90 days before rental will be subject to a 10% of full rental service fee or $100.00 whichever is greater. All cancellations between 90 days and 60 days prior to rental will be charged 25% of full rental. All cancellations within 60 days of rental period will be charged 50% of the full rental. Refunds for all cancellations within 30 days will be subject to minimum of 50% of full rental or whatever is recovered by replacement rental.
