Our family villa Elia House is a BRAND NEW luxury, detached, 4 bedroom, 180sq m villa. Situated a short walk away from the beach in the beautiful rural village of Mandria on the outskirts of Paphos. Mandria is Paphos'new residential coastline.

Property Details

Elia House is lavishly furnished to the highest standards with its own large private Roman style swimming pool. The ground floor open plan comprises of a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area, study and lounge with patio doors opening onto the swimming pool area. A cloakroom and WC with basin is also located on the ground floor. A polished marble staircase leads to the first floor which has a master bedroom with en suite and a double bedroom, both with patio doors opening on to a balcony overlooking the pool. Two twin bedrooms and a bathroom complete the first floor.

ELIA HOUSE - GROUND FLOOR

ENTRANCE: The porch opens into the entrance hall which leads into the open living area. The entrance is complete with shoe rack and coat stand. The cloakrooom on the left with WC, washbasin and mirror, is tastefully decorated in Mediterrean blue and stone tiles.

OPEN PLAN LIVING AREA: The open plan ground floor (approximately 6.5 x 11 meters) contains a kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, lounge and study.

The whole ground floor has a Mediterrean feel with a terracota colour tiled floor, copper curtains framing beige roller blinds on each window. The pictures on the walls depict Cypriot scenes in copper and Mediterranean blue, adding to the restful, soothing atmosphere.

KITCHEN: The Gruppo Del Tongo Italian kitchen fittings contrast nicely with the dark, high polish granite work surfaces. Additionally there is a supply of breakfast crockery and evening crockery with cutlery for 8 persons plus a full variety of utensils, saucepans and dishes.

A door provides access to the off-road parking area beside the house.

The breakfast bar, equipped with three stools, allows you to enjoy snacks and drinks while looking out of the kitchen window over rural surroundings.

DINING ROOM & LOUNGE: The solid wood, glass top, dining table seats 8 persons comfortably.

A cream coloured, soft-leather suite comprising a three seater, two seater and armchair clustered round the Mediterranean blue rug makes it easy to relax in front of the 27-inch TV with DVD player. A selection of favourite movies is available.

The Grecian white marble fireplace with rocking chair makes an ideal spot for relaxing at any time. For the cooler evenings during the winter months there is also the gas-fired open coal basket for extra warmth.

A bed settee completes the living area should extra sleeping space be needed.

A study recess just off the living room complete with writing/computer desk provides a place for you to catch up on correspondence.

ELIA HOUSE - FIRST FLOOR

The glass brick feature in the stairwell provides a light, airy feel to the wide Grecian white marble stairway which leads to a spacious landing encircled by 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Each bedroom is fitted with an air-conditioner which can be switched on to heating in the cooler months.

You'll love the luxurious feeling of high quality, 100% cotton percale bed linen.

MASTER BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE: The master bedroom has an ensuite attractive mosaic titled bathroom equipped with shower room, WC and pedestal washbasin.

Patio doors lead onto the balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and garden area. The balcony is furnished with a parasole table and four chairs allowing guests to relax and enjoy the seaview.

POSTER BEDROOM: A four poster bed makes a central feature in the double bedroom with patio doors lead onto the balcony adjoining the master bedroom.

TWIN BEDROOMS: The two twin-bed bedrooms look out over pleasant rural scenes.

BATHROOM: A large bathroom with a Grecian white marble vanity unit, WC, and full size bath with shower facility is located right next to these 3 bedrooms.

An immersion heater ensures there is plenty of hot water throughout your stay.

Note: Towels are provided. A mid-week towel change and house cleaning service is included.

POOL & GARDEN

Double patio doors open onto the large paved poolside area with 8 sun loungers, two large round tables with parasols and 8 chairs.

The Roman steps are an attractive feature of the 8 x 4 meter swimming pool, set off by authentic Cypriot earthenware pottery in the pool area. A shower by the swimming pool is provided for your convenience.

For your health a high standard of hygiene is assured throughout the year by a professional cleaning service which maintains the pool twice a week, on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.

Four pool lights, one located on each corner of the pool, ensures adequate lighting at night. Discreet lighting in the swimming pool itself creates a very relaxing atmosphere during the evening hours.

Note: Towels for the pool are provided.

PERSONAL TOWELS: Fresh towels provided every 3/4 days.
POOL TOWELS: For use around pool.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX: Available in the master bedroom to keep all your valuables safe.

LUGGAGE STOREAGE AREA: For use by guests with later flights and want to leave their luggage in a secure area.

POOL CLEANING & MAINTENANCE: Pool cleaned twice a week and maintained during your visit.

MID WEEK VILLA CLEAN: Midweek the villa is clean and all towels changed.

WEEKLY VILLA CLEAN: After first week of stay a full villa clean and all towels changed.

TOURIST INFORMATION: A binder is provided with all the local tourist attractions and maps for your convenience.

Rental Policy

Payment can be made by debit card or credit card using an online secure booking system.
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required for reservations.
The balance is due 56 days before the holiday commences.

Arrival Times

Change over days are flexible to fit in with availability of your flights. Check In Time: 2pm Check Out Time: 10am Arrangements can be made for a later check out time if this is necessary and there are no guests arriving on the same day.
