These lovely units have wonderful living rooms for visiting and full kitchens for your convenience as you greet the sunrise from in the bay, pack picnic lunches for the warm beaches, or enjoy your own specialties to enjoy on your patio as the sunsets.

These beautiful accommodations glow with their Florida pine floors, ceiling fans and island decor including original works by local and other artists. All units include air conditioning, cable television and DVD, high speed, wireless internet access, and nicely stocked kitchens.

The pretty street side patios mix gulf views and passing tourists and locals as they walk a few hundred yards to Historic Bridge Street and homemade ice cream or cocktails served under sunset lit skies!

Rental Policy

For nightly and weekly rentals, a 7-day cancellation notice is required to refund the deposit minus a 10% processing fee. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or for early departures. For monthly rentals (or longer) a 60-day notice of cancellation is required to refund the deposit minus a 10% processing fee.

Arrival Times

Check-in time is 3:00pm. If you anticipate arrival after 6:00pm, please call our office to make arrangements. Checkout time is 10:00am. These times have been chosen in order to guarantee our guests a clean rental and avoid delays. We will work with you to accommodate exceptions whenever possible to help you maximize your vacation time on arrival and departure days, provided you make your requests with us in advance.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates range from $125/night to $149/night with a three night minimum. Weekly and monthly rates are discounted. Some seasons rent for full weeks and months only. Reservations require a 25% deposit and the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Sales tax applies at 10.5%. Please ask about special rates and exceptions.
