Newly upgraded kitchen with stainless steel OTC microwave oven, stainless steel self-cleaning oven, and filtered water right out of the kitchen faucet. Bedroom has 1 King size bed, 2 twin beds, full bath, abundance of closet space, and large TV. Top floor has kitchen, dining area, living room with sleeper sofa, large TV, 1/2 bath, and private roofed veranda with side view of Gulf beach. Coin-operated laundry facilities available on-site, nearest one inside
our building about 40 feet away from our hallway entrance door.

Rental Rates

$460.00 to $880.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

$200 Prepayment at time of reservation. $50 Service Charge required on all cancellations. No refunds for cancellations received fewer than 60 days before confirmed arrival date. No refund for early
departure.

Departure fee of $85 + 12% taxes apply to all rentals; these are additional expenses of renting, payable to and collected by management agency. Owner does not absorb nor has any equity in either additional expense.

For stays of over 1 week, guest has option of laundering own linen and towels using on-site laundry facilities or paying "light cleaning" fee of $40 weekly.

Receipt of e-mail or letter must be received by owner confirming rental cost, period of rental, number of occupants, and address.

All quotations expire 72 hours from time of owner transmittal. Reservation is confirmed when prepayment is received. Reservation confirmation is on first-come, first-served basis.

Quotation is not a guarantee of reservation. Owner will provide notice of reservation confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated or agreed in advance with owner, all weekly prices are for Saturday to Saturday stays. Other dates slightly higher. Normal 1 week stay; will accept 5 days minimum occasionally. Add $40/week for weeks with major holidays.

Full payment due on or before arrival.
