Property Details

Le Baie is the smaller gite at La Charriere and is set in the quiet french countryside of the Deux Sevres region. The property was once a farm and we now live on site and run 2 gites here. It's a great holiday getaway whether you are looking for a fun filled family holiday, a quiet romantic retreat or a fantastic France holiday with friends.

Le Baie offers comfortable self-catering accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, has 2 bathrooms and a private garden. In summer guests have shared use of the heated outdoor pool and there is year round use of bikes and onsite activities including table tennis, snooker, badminton/volleyball and more! The setting makes it perfects for walks and bikes rides, wine tasting and chateaux visits are all plentiful and we are happy to recommend great restaurants nearby for eating out.

Holiday gite includes:

* 4 double bedrooms: 2 with double beds, 1 with zip and link (2 singles or 1 super king) and 1 with bunk beds. 1 bedroom also has an en-suite shower facilities
* Family bathroom designed and equipped to be suitable for guests with level 3 mobility
*Additional WC
* Fully equipped kitchen with large dining area
* Spacious living room with separate lounge and dining areas, log fire and TV for watching videos/DVDs
* Private terrace and patio area

Guests staying at Le Baie can enjoy glorious sunshine at the front of the house in the morning and in the evening can watch the sunset over the fields from the rear of the property. There is a bbq for your use and parking space on site. All guests have shared use of all the onsite facilities including swimming pool (May - September), bicycles, badminton/basket ball court, table tennis and pool.

Please note that the swimming pool is also used by the owners and any other guests onsite at La Charriere.

Arrival Times

Arrival is after 4pm on Saturdays during the peak summer season. May be flexible at other times.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum stay 1 week during July and August, flexible at other times.
