This 2006 remodeled Hilton Head Island villa in gated shipyard plantation has a bright, fresh beach feel. The villa has been freshly painted inside and out. The villa has been updated with a new sleeper sofa and love seat. Easy chairs and a DVD/VCR are found in the living area. A selection of movies and games are located in the entertainment center for your enjoyment. Relax on the new deck as you watch golfers playing at Shipyard Golf and watch bikers ride the bike path. New for 2007--HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET.

The dining area seats six with a pass through to the bright, fully equipped kitchen with all amenities including a microwave. A front breakfast room and half bath is on this floor.

Walking upstairs, you will find beach mirrors and décor under a skylight.

The master bedroom has a tropical feel with new king-size bed, armoire, day-bed and palm bedspreads. A TV and DVD are in the armoire. The private master bath has been updated with palm accessories.

The second bedroom features two twin beds, double closets, TV and VCR. A full-sized washer/dryer and hall bath are nearby.

The resort pool is a short walk. Across the street from the villa is the Van Der Meer Tennis Club for tennis lovers, and the four star Crowne Plaza Hotel for fine dining. It is an easy five minute walk to the white sandy beaches through the Shipyard Beach Club access.
