This 2 bed, 2 bath double aspect apartment is situated within a short walk of the beach, water park, shops and restaurants. It is on a secure site, with indoor and outdoor communal pools, and children's play area.

Situated on the new complex of Al Andalus Hills, this first floor apartment has an en suite master bedroom with views over Mojacar Pueblo and the hills.
One twin room with views to the inside of the complex and play area. There is a small, south facing patio, a large sitting/dining area (includes sofa bed) and separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully appointed and includes all electrical goods including microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a separate part covered utility area with washing machine. Two air con units also supply heating in the cooler months. This is a family owned, comfortable apartment on a safe, friendly and social community of just 150 properties. There are large grassy communal areas.
