The villa is completely private and tranquil. The accommodation is on a single story with easy access. there are four en-suite double bedrooms with individual air conditioning, three having twin beds and one double.
A large hall leads to a substantial, fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. A full range of kitchen equipment is provided, inclding a gas cooker/oven and microwave.
The lounge, with dining area, is huge and has a large wood-burning fire and a faux-gallery. Outside, there is a covered bar-b-que, extensive patios and a completely new private swimming pool measuring 8.5 metres x 4.5 metres, 1.95 metres at the deepest. Above, there is an extensive roof patio with 360 degree views of the valley, mountains and surrounding fiels and houses.
The garden contains mature trees and shrubs and leads to a lerge paddock which is being planted as an orchard by the owners.
The villa stands in the plain between Pto Pollensa - the most attractive and family-friendly resort in Mallorca - and the Tramuntana mountains. The private lane finishes at the entrance to the villa, so there is no passing traffic whatsoever. The port, with a wide range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants is less than 5 minutes' drive or about 15 minutes' walk away - all on flat, easy terrain.
