Property Details

We have 3 different apartments, you can choose your best accomodation.

Apartment Crystal is a luminous indipendent apartment of about 110 mq. It sleeps 4 + 2 people, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which with a whirlpool bath tub and a box shower, large living-dining room and a nice covered terrace, with a wide view on Sorrento's Gulf.
The main bedroom is truly large and comfortable, there are a double bed, 2 bedside table, a closet, a little table with a mirror and two chair with a table in bamboo. From the bedroom you can enter on the terrace through a glass door, there is a window too with a view on the olives trees around the Villa.
In the second bedroom there are 2 single bed, a bedside table, a closet and a window.
The main bathroom is simply splendid, it's tiled with elegant pink majolicas, have a double washbasin with a mirror above it with 2 light, a whirlpool bath tub where you can relax after a day around Sorrento, a box shower with sitting and cascade massage, wc and bidet.
In the second bathroom there is the shower, washbasin, wc, bidet and a washing machine, iron and iron board.
In the living room there is a Tv, stero, sofa divan bed for 2 person confortable for a big family.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge and freezer, 4-burner cooker (gas, the tank is far from the apartment) table with 6 chairs.
From the living room you can go on the terrace through two glass-doors, the terrace is equipped with a table with 4 chairs, where you can have a lunch or dinner in quite with an amazing view on Sorrento's Gulf.
All the room of the apartment are equipped with heating and mosquito screen to all the windows.

Apartment Maya is a gracefull apartment at the first floor of Villa Syreon, of about 95 mq, it sleep 4 people, there are two bedrooms, a large bathroom with whirlpool bath tub and a box shower, living room and a sunny terrace.
The main bedroom is comfortable and large, there is a double bed with orthopaedic mattress, two bedside tables, a wide closet, a mirror with a table and a windows with an amazing view on deep blue of the see of the Sorrento's Gulf.
The other bedroom have two single bed (it's possible to use it as double bed), a bedside table, a closet and in this room there is a little terrace with a side view on the Sorrento's Gulf and on all over the green of the hill.
The large and elegant bathroom of the apartment is tiled with blue majolics, it have a double washbasin with a big shelf of marble, above it there is a large mirror with lights, a whirlpool bath tub where you can relax after a day around Sorrento, a box shower with sitting and cascade massage, wc, bidet and a windows.
The kitcken-living room has a table with 4 chairs, oven, fridge and freezer, 4-burner cooker (gas, the tank is far from the apartment). There is a washing machine, iron and airon board too.
From the living room you can go on the terrace through a glass-doors, the terrace is equipped with a table with 4 chairs, where you can have a lunch or dinner in quite or where you can seat over the sun.
All the room of the apartment are equipped with heating and mosquito screen to all the windows.

Apartment Amana is a gracefull apartment at the bottom floor of Villa Syreon, of about 95 mq, it sleep 4 people, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, living-kitchen room and a sunny terrace in the green.
The main bedroom is comfortable and large, there is a double bed with orthopaedic mattress, two bedside tables, a closet, two chair with a table in bambooa and a big windows with an amazing view on deep blue of the see of the Sorrento's Gulf and on the green of the valley.
The other bedroom have two single bed (it's possible to use it as double bed), a bedside table, a closet and a little window.
The bathroom is simple but graceful, tiled with majolic with floreal design, has a washbasin with a mirror with lights, a box shower, wc, bidet and a windows.
The kitcken-living room has a table with 4 chairs, oven, fridge and freezer, 4-burner cooker (gas, the tank is far from the apartment). There is a washing machine, iron and iron board too.
From the living room you can go on the terrace through a glass-doors, the terrace is equipped with a table with 2 chairs, where you can have a lunch or dinner in quite or where you can seat over the sun.
All the room of the apartment are equipped with heating and mosquito screen to all the windows.

At he Villa there is a private parking, free for all the guests, that is possible to reach driving through a narrow entrance of 185 cm; we recomend hiring a small-medium car or, if you do not wish to drive through the narrow entrance you will still be able to park at short distance of about 20 meters from the Villa.

Rental Policy

A nonrefundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of your accommodation must be paid in advance. We accept bank transfers, paypal or international money orders (western union). Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a confirmation of your booking.
The balance can be paid cash, check or with paypal to the host/hostess upon your arrival. Should your arrival time be delayed for any reason, kindly contact your host/hostess. Upon your arrival you must give us a security deposit of 100 euro that we give you back at the end of the week.
