Situated in the tranquil hamlet of Kermaux in the commune of Moustoir Remungol. Only 3 miles from the town of Plumeliau and less than 10 miles from the main town of Pontivy, both offering Supermarkets, Boulangeries, Bars, Restaurants, Banks, Pharmacies and Fuel – in fact all the essentials and much, much more. Kermaux is ideally located for exploring much of Brittany – its historic towns and superb beaches. The Nantes/Brest canal is nearby – excellent for walking and river trips – plus many natural and archeological sites to visit as well as the bustling markets, creperies and restaurants that make this part of Brittany such a popular area to visit.
The Longhouse has 4 gites:
Le Laurier with 3 bedrooms for 5/6 people.
Le Cerisier with 1 bedroom for 2 people.
Le Romarin and La Lavande have 2 bedrooms for 4 people.
The Shorthouse cottage comprises 2 separate 1 bed gites for 2 people but can be adapted to be used as a 2 bed gite for 4.
All gites have a private patio area outside and parking is off-road and secure. There is a laundry room on site. Children’s swings and other games available.
Smoking is allowed but only downstairs.
Arrival Times
Not before 4 pm. Changeover days Saturday to Saturday in peak season but negotiable any other time.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Lettings are based on 1 week minimum, Saturday to Saturday high season, the rest negotiable. Deposit £100 per week booked plus a single returnable breakages deposit of £100.
