Set in the grounds of a 250 year old restored Finca (Farmhouse) there are 2 self-contained private Casitas (Villas) with mountain views all around. Both Casitas have 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, lounge, dining area and an open plan kitchen.

These well equipped holiday homes were designed to give visitors a peaceful, yet luxurious place to relax.
Beautifully landscaped gardens with many places to relax and enjoy the surrounding views. A 10x5m salt water Pool is shared between both Casitas, as are 2 bicycles and table tennis, which are available for everyone's use.
We now also offer wireless Internet - all you need to bring is your laptop!!
Coast/Beach
There are many wonderful white sand beaches around Denia and Javea most within 15 mins drive.

Golf
There are a number of Golf Courses within easy reach such as La Sella and Javea golf courses.

Special interest holidays
Facilities for horse riding and quad biking are closeby. There are also many other activities and sports available and we would be pleased to provide further information on request.

Travel
Valencia and Alicante are the nearest airports, although Alicante has easier access to the Motorway. Car hire is essential.

Distances
Pedreguer is 3km and has many shops, bars and restaurants.

Rental Policies

Booking Conditions
**A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance being due 1 month before arrival.

**Cancellation within one month of departure will incur a charge of 50% of the total rental costs.

**Should the full balance not be received by the due date then the booking will be cancelled and the time re-allocated. Long-term rates are available on request.

**A refundable deposit of €100 is required on arrival covering accidental damage, breakages or loss of keys.

We offer a 10% discount for holidays of 2 weeks or longer. Minimum stay 1 week.
