This is the favorite beach retreat for international travelers who want a taste of the California culture with surfing, live music and entertainment, outdoor restaurants, a wharf and wonderful Capitola Beach. A town of only 10,000 people and everything is within easy walking distance. A car is not a necessity here.

Capitola Suites is in the very heart of the village only 1/2 block to the beach. Each suite has one bedrooom, one bath, livingroom/dining/kitchen combo and a porch/deck. They are professionally decorated, completely equipped and meticulously maintained. Considered to be among the finest accommodations in the village.

Rental Policy

refundable security deposit $750; refundable parking permit $100 (allows you to park anywhere in village; a few exceptions - refundable if you leave it behind when you depart). A $125 departure fee is non-refundable. 1/2 total due to reserve dates; bal due 6 wks prior to arrival; cancellation policy - we must be able to re-rent all the dates for you to receive a refund.
