Come stay at the Admirals Club in Emerald Shores Gated Community. Admirals Club is very close to the beach and right at one of the community's heated pools. This home is nicely furnished and boasts
many extras such as granite counters in the kitchen and baths.

The first floor has an open, spacious living area that is tiled and open to the kitchen and the dining room. The Master Suite is also on the first floor and is furnished with a king-sized pillow top Tommy
Bahama bed. Sleep in luxury!

A full-size washer and dryer is in the hall. A spiral staircase takes you up to the second floor with two big bedrooms with a sitting area, TV, and a bathroom with a granite floor! There are
just too many extras to mention! Admirals Club also boasts a completely separate living space under the same roof!

An In-Law suite is in back with a living room, fully furnished kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom! This home sleeps up to 13! A screened breezeway with a courtyard invites you out to sit and enjoy
the cool breezes under a ceiling fan! Other furnishings include five TVs, three DVDs, four VCRs, stereo, Sony Playstation.

Additional Emerald Shores amenities include two heated pools, a tennis court, shuffle board, and a beach cabana with a shower and restrooms!

Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Sailing, Water-skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing. The Destin Commons Mall and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall are very close!

The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give
true meaning to the word, 'Paradise!' The Destin area is abundant with Restaurants, bars, shopping areas, Golf, and water sports. Vacationing here is an annual, sometimes twice to three times a year
event for many families! You should come too! When you come once, you'll want to come again and again! Some people make this area home after just one visit! Come see why! 'Starfish' and Beach Retreat is
very convenient to all activities including shopping at both Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Water sports, golf, tennis, and other activities are all very close too!

Rental Policy

No smoking. 50% needed to make reservation which is nonrefundable. Balance must be paid at least 45 days prior to arrival and is also nonrefundable. Trip insurance is offered and highly recommended. Credit cards and personal checks accepted. $500 Security Deposit can be Credit Card authorization. No pets unless previously arranged. $200 pet fee.
