Property Details

The cottage is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, yet is minutes away from shopping, entertainment activities, and restaurants. The cottage is located on an acre of grassy land that slopes to a sandy beach and incredible views. There is shallow water for bathing, and deep water for boating. You may bring or rent a boat and moor it at the dock, or use the canoe. If you like to fish, there is plenty of salmon, bass, and trout. Watch and listen to the loons from the comfortable rockers overlooking lovely perennial gardens. The cottage is attractively decorated, spotless, and completely furnished. Our rental period is from April through October with a one-week minimum stay. This is a no-pet and no smoking property. Maximum number of people on the property is six(6).
All rates are in U.S. Dollars.
September and October are nice months in Maine. The water is still warm and many days are sunny.
