North Goa

Got its popularity first by the hippie culture that came to Goa in the early 70's, since then it has been a beeline for many travelers both international and the domestic, popular because of it multinational visitors . Goa has quite a lot to offer compared to the other parts of India. 1. Goans speak English more fluently and it is easier on the international tourist who can get along here better then many other place in India 2. Its long coastal belt (Goa is a narrow belt state that has over a 100 kms of sandy beach area. 3. The Eastern part of Goa has more of the forest and mountainous region for the travelers wanting to experience thick forest and mountains with a good chance to see some of the wild animals. Coming to Anjuna, the place known for its hippie culture , than the full moon parties, really makes the place a must see specially to the domestic tourist that com swarming down to experience what they cannot get in the home town.
