Check in after 3:00 p.m., Check out by 11:00 am - renters must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by an adult.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information
MINIMUM 1-WEEK RENTAL
$1200-1800 weekly depending on season, holidays, special events, etc.
Inquire for monthly rental.
$125 Cleaning fee
25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking + $400 refundable security deposit. Balance due 60 days
prior to arrival. If booking with less than 60 days notice, full
payment required at time of booking.
