Additional Rate and Deposit Information

$1200-1600 weekly depending on season, holidays, special events, etc.

$125 Cleaning fee

25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking + $400 refundable security deposit. Balance due 30 days
prior to arrival. If booking with less than 30 days notice, full
payment required at time of booking.
