Property Details

Our property is located in Ocean Aire Estates, a private residential beach access community. The house is about 300 ft from the beach, with clear views of Cape Cod Bay.

The beach has crystal clear water, and is great for sunbathing, swimming and kyaking. In addition to our private beach, there are also beautiful sandy beaches within 10-15 minute drives, e.g. Scusset State Beach (link below), Plymouth long beach (link below), White Horse Beach (link below), as well as Duxbury beach, which is about 25 minutes drive north.

The house has recently undergone extensive exterior and interior remodeling with new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, and appliances, as well as new hardwood floors. The exterior includes new retaining walls and walkway, and professionally installed landscape.

The home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, private parking, & spacious backyard. Air Conditioning is available in the basement bedroom, and ceiling fans are located in two other bedrooms as well as the family room. Satellite TV/VCR/DVD, High Speed Cable Internet (during high season), Fireplace, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Microwave, BBQ are available for your pleasure. The kitchen is fully equipped with appropriate utensils.

Attractive and comfortable furniture is provided including a baby grand piano in the living room.

The bedroom furniture configuration is as follows:
1) The second floor master bedroom sleeps 2 in a queen size bed
2) The first floor bedroom sleeps 2 in two twin size beds
3) The loft bedroom sleeps 2 in a double size bed. Also a baby crib is available.
4) The above-ground basement bedroom/sitting room suite sleeps 2 in
a double size bed, one in a single folding bed with single mattress, one in a daybed sofabed, and one in a full size futon.


Nearby attractions include: Plymouth Plantation , Plymouth Rock, Mayflower II, whale watching cruises, assortment of museums, deep sea fishing, walking & bicycling at nearby Cape Cod Canal . You can also enjoy nearby malls, shopping centers, factory outlets and great restaurants.

The historic city of Boston or Cape Cod, including artistic Provincetown , as well as scenic Rhode Island are within an hour drive. The commuter rail to Boston 's South Station can be boarded at Kingston, MA, just 15 minutes away.

Rental Rates:
I. November 1 - May 1, 2009 - $275/night (min. 3 nights up to 6 guests, $45 each additional
guest per day). Cleaning and Laundry Fee $120.
Weekly $1,500 Cleaning and Laundry Fee $120.
Refundable Security Deposit - $500.

II. Monthly and long term off-season until April 30, 2009 - Please inquire.

III. May 1 - May 23, 2009 - $299/night (min. 3 nights up to 6 guests, $45 each additional
guest per day). Cleaning and Laundry Fee $120.
Weekly $2,000 Cleaning and Laundry Fee $120.
Refundable Security Deposit - $500.

IV. May 23 - June 13, 2009 - $325/night (min. 3 nights up to 6 guests, $45 each additional
guest per day). Cleaning and Laundry Fee $120.
Weekly $2,200 Cleaning and Laundry Fee $120.
Refundable Security Deposit - $500.

V. June 13 - September 5, 2009 - Weekly $2,800 Cleaning and Laundry Fee $120.
Refundable Security Deposit - $500.

Lease Agreement - A lease agreement is required with the deposit.
