$6,500 per week - July through August, Thanksgiving and Christmas
$4,500 per week – Memorial Day week through June, and September
$3,250 per week – October through May

Rental Policies

Deposits are 50%, plus security of $500, with the balance due 60 days prior to occupancy. Mandatory cleaning upon departure is $250. Linens and towels available at no charge - washing and folding upon departure is $150. No pets and no smoking.
