Welcome to Northern Lights, unit B, where it doesn't get any better. Ski in and ski out, or take the free shuttle bus that comes by every 30 minutes, 12 hours a day. Not skiing today? Guests can take the scenic walk to the village...fifteen to twenty minutes on foot (and take the shuttle back).

Northern Lights is a beautiful, spacious, two storey accommodation for families and friends who wish to relax in a first class ski accommodation at Big White.

NL-B offers our guests 5, fully furnished bedrooms with high quality mattress sets and bed coverings. Relax in the private hot tub or enjoy a variety of activities in the extra large games room with wall to wall windows and views. The games room includes a modern kitchenette with plenty of cupboards, dishes and glasses, a beverages frig and a regular frig.

Northern Lights is our home away from home. It was built for comfort and enjoyment. There are no steep stairs to contend with. Drive into the level parking driveway or the two car garage. The main entry is on level ground and leads to a large foyer with a semi-private elevator - great for transporting supplies and luggage. Skis and other outdoor equipment can be stored in the large, two car - tandem garage which also accesses the unit via inside stairs.

We invite you to stay and play at Northern Lights B at Big White Mountain Resort in British Columbia. Big White has excellent skiing; long, breathtaking runs; and plenty of family and kids activities.

Rental Policies

Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets on premises.
We rent to mature adults and families.
We do not rent to groups of singles under the age of 28.
Skis and boarding equipment are to be stored in the garage. OK to leave boots in unit.
No loud noise or music after 11 pm. Please be considerate of others.
Absolutely no rough behavior in the unit.
Guests ARE NOT allowed access to the owner lockup.
No other persons are allowed to use the unit except for short term visits.

Arrival Times

Check in 3 pm. Early check in often available. Consult owner. Check Out 11 am. Late check out sometimes available. Inquire with owner.

Rental Rates

CAD 399.00 to CAD 649.00 per day
CAD 2,599.00 to CAD 4,199.00 per week
CAD 4,000.00 to CAD 13,500.00 per month

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

The average rate is $549.00 night between Jan 4 and March 31, not counting Presidents Week.

5 night minimum.

April 1 - 15, the nightly rate is reduced to $349.00 nt for maximum 10 persons.

Require 50% deposit to reserve.
Final payment due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Full receipts and GST number provided.

All guests receive the Northern Lights Guest Information Guide.

Cancellation Policy:
1. Full refund minus $100 processing fee if notified in writing 45 days prior to arrival date.
2. Less than 45 day notice of cancellation: Full refund less one night's fee IF the unit can be re-rented. If the unit cannot be re-rented, all deposits are deemed to have been earned.
