Rental Policies

To make your reservation, please call toll free (888) 411-8669. Once you have confirmed rates and availability, a non-refundable payment of 50% of the total rate is needed to book your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and is also non-refundable. The security deposit (to be paid by a separate check) is also due 30 days prior to your arrival and is refundable within 8 weeks of check-out depending on the condition of the home upon your departure and any phone or pay-per-view fees that may apply.
