Our holiday villa at Emerald Island is close to all the magic of Central Florida ! Orlando is non stop entertainment with its fun filled theme parks, exhilarating water parks, superb gourmet food, plentiful shopping malls and endless plazas.

Family Room
Large entertainment centre with cable TV, VCR, DVD and music centre and Play Station 2 for the young ones. With Queen Sleeper Sofa and love seat. This room overlooks the pool area.

Kitchen/Dining area
The large kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy the family meals together, it is complete with a breakfast nook and bar stools, along with a dining table for those early mornings. Washing machine and tumble drier are also included.

Formal Lounge/Dining Room
This beautifully appointed room comes with oversized settees and dining table and curio dresser. With cable TV.

Master Suite 1
King size master bed, dresser with mirror, night stands with lamps, telephone, walk in closet with fold away crib and high chair. Bathroom with corner tub and separate shower. Hairdryer. Room includes cable TV.

Master Suite 2
Queen size bed, dresser with mirror, night stands with lamps, combination TV/VCR, private bath/shower, toilet and large closet, wall mounted hairdryer.

Twin Bed 1
With two twin beds, set of drawers, night stand, plenty of closet space, TV/VCR.

Twin Bed 2
With two twin beds, set of draws, TV/CD combi, brightly coloured for the children, plenty of closet space and a box of board games and toys.

Bathroom 3
Bath/shower and toilet with wall mounted hairdryer.

Games Room
The games room is equipped with pool table, and table football, and dartboard.

Pool/Jacuzzi
Our pool has an oversize deck with a raised spa, child safety screen and pool furniture.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Shorter and longer stays are available. Please contact us with your details and we will forward exact quotes. Minimum stay period of 3 nights. A 5 nights minimum stay is required in order to have the mandatory cleaning fee waived.

Security Deposit : Due to the quality of furnishings in our home, upon check-in, guests must provide a $250.00/£175.00 credit card guarantee. *NO CHARGES WILL BE MADE TO CREDIT CARD UNLESS DAMAGES ARE INCURRED TO PROPERTY.

Confirming Reservation : A non refundable deposit of $150/£100 per week will be required to confirm the reservation.
