The traditional Greek village of Spartia is in the Livatho region only a few miles south east of the airport. The village centre is slightly inland (5 mins drive) from the small sheltered south facing sandy bay and harbour. Larger sandy beaches can be reached by car within 15 minutes. In the village centre there is: 2 mini markets 3 restaurants A large church in the square (many smaller ones doted around the village) By car: Spartia beach & harbour with restaurant 'Waterway' (very scenic setting) - 2kms Pesada (catch the ferry to Zante) - 10 minute drive Kefalonia Airport - 7 kms Argostoli Port & town - 10 kms Sami Port and Town - 12 kms Poros Town - 12 kms
