We have a nice garden with swimming pool, and a gazzebo with chairs, tables and barbecue, where you can organize your moments of relax, or your lunches.

Ours property is deep in the green of the Chianti hills , is composed from some apartments in side in typical Tuscan country house, we have a nice garden with barbecue , Gazzebo and pool.
Every single apartment has bedromms, shower , kitchen, is equipped with satellite TV in the living room, safe , towels , sheet , covers...
ours house is in the Chianti hills , in the center of triangle of the city :
Florence (Firenze ), Siena , Arezzo , at some hundreds of meters of the bus stop, in the Chiantigiana Road, road from Montevarchi (10 minutes) to Siena, crossing the Chianti hills .
From Montevarchi with train, is easy reach Florence or Arezzo in 30 minutes.
Is easy visit the villages of Arno Valley, or other villages and towns of the Chianti .
Fabry's House is at less of 1 km to Cavriglia a Village where you can find many shops for yours necessity.

The Arno Valley is the center of productions of the most famous firms of Italian Fashion, in very short distance you can find the OUTLET of firm like: FERRAGAMO, PRADA, GUCCI, D&G, TOD'S, ARMANI.
