Florentia Apartments is located in Florence downtown, in a residential neighbourhood, where there are good little shops, restaurants, happy hour, at a walking distance from the exhibition centre of Fortezza Da Basso. The Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo and Designer boutiques are within ten minutes' walk.
Charming and unique city Apartments ideal for families, host 2+2 people and 4+2 people (the biggest has two bathrooms).
The recently restored apartments are on the second floor in a 800’ palace with an elevator, in the town centre. Luxury original details and modern facilities give to the ambiences full comfort: oriental rugs and terra cotta floor and antique furniture mix together with television, fast internet access, air conditioning, single heating. Wide sound-proofed windows create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. King or queen size bedrooms are typically painted in Florentine antique colours with purple, light blue and bright yellow which give the Apartments precious names such as RUBINO, ZAFFIRO, DIAMANTE, AMBRA, TOPAZIO.
Each stylish kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and small freezer, stove, cutlery's; microwave is available on request. A small courtyard is provided with laundry room: washing machine and iron are for free use. Bedroom and bathroom linen are supplied every week or on request with extra charge.

RUBINO 2/3 persons (plus 1 child): hall, dining room with sofa single bed; equipped kitchenette; iron poster bedroom and late 800' furniture; bathroom with antique liberty tub.

ZAFFIRO 2/4 persons : hall, dining room with double sleep sofa; equipped kitchenette framed under original cotto arch; queen size bedroom with remarkable antique iron bed, wardrobe; wide bathroom with shower.

DIAMANTE 2/6 persons: hall, spacious dining room with stylish furniture and comfortable double sleep sofa and fully equipped kitchen; two king size bedrooms (of which one is on loft); two bathrooms with tub or shower.

Rental Policies

Please specify your arrival and departure times and kindly send all other relevant details by e-mail including your full name, address and contact numbers as well as total number of persons (of which nr. of children). Kindly send all information by e-mail as soon as your booking is confirmed and your travel plan has been settled
PLEASE NOTE: should you wish to cancel this reservation, please advise us within 30 days of the start of your visit. Cancellations received after this period will result in charge of 30% of the total amount on your credit card.

Arrival Times

Scheduled travel time must be specified at least 48 hours prior to arrival. In case of delays a call to the landlord is warmly appreciated Check in 2:00 7:00 p.m. Check out 10:00 a.m Early/Late check in (before 8:00 and after 7:00 p.m.at extra charge of 30 euros)
