This large contemporary condo is located on beautiful St. Simons Island, Georgia, approximately 20 minutes from I-95. Beautiful beaches, casual to fine dining, beachwear to fine apparrel shopping is all within a short drive or bike ride. Paved bike/running/walking paths criss cross the island. For the non beach goer great golf and tennis accomodations are available.

Amenitites include: 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully furnished including washer/dryer, microwave, blender, dishes, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, tvs with dvd player, radio, alarm clock, linens, 2 bicycles, beach towels and chairs, etc. Shared pool, fitness center, clay tennis courts, 27 holes of golf (fee) located within the resort complex. Island amenities include: beach activities, sailing, boating, pier, fishing (private and chartered), biking/walking/running paths, shopping, dining, historic sites (Ft. Frederica), dolphin tours, jazz in the park (scheduled), art in the park), seasonal festivals (scheduled), etc. St Simons is surrounded by other islands including Jekyll, Little St Simons, Sea Island. Great short day trips to Savannah, Okefenokee Wildlife Refuge, Jacksonville are possible from St Simons. The restored port city of Brunswick is located accross the causeway featuring a wide array of restaurants, art shops, museums, etc. located along the harbor.
