Our unit is located on the non-drive section of New Symrna beach. It is nicely decorated unit on the 3rd floor that offers a wonderful view of the ocean and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with a door that leads to the balcony. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the living room has a sofa that pulls out into a full size bed. Now with wireless internet service!
Rental Policy
Deposit:
The security deposit is due upon reservation and the signing of the short term lease agreement.
The security deposit will be refunded without any interest earned within 30 days of departure and after property inspection.
Balance due:
Balance is due to the owner 30 days prior to check-in if paid by check or paid cash upon arrival. (no credit card payments will be accepted)
