Cottage is located at Summer Village a family complex with 3 pools and kiddie,tennis,bocce,basketball,
fitness cntr. with sauna and showers,arcade rm,
computer rm,baseball diamond,on site trolley, out
door movie theater,outdoor pavilion with many
activities throughout the week. The complex has an activities director who runs weekend programs free such as,sports, crafts,water fun. A fabulous resort.

Rental Policies

1/3 deposit within 2 weeks of confirmation unless using Pay Pal or Credit Card. Balance due 1 month before arrival.$100 security deposit refundable after departure and inspection of cottage.Parking for 2 cars only at cottage.Cancelled rental agreements made by 3 weeks prior to arrival will have a 50% refund.If property can be re rented full refund.
