3 bedrooms with a Den, 2.5 bathrooms, 2-car garage, Located in a secure and guarded private gated community.
The house features beautiful tile on the first & 2nd floor with wood steps leading to the upstairs. The bedrooms have laminate flooring (pergo style) and the master bedroom features direct access to the balcony for magnificent 180 degree oceanviews.
In addition, you get great oceanviews from the living & dining room, kitchen, patio & den which make this a perfect get away home for families, friends or couples looking to just relax & enjoy beautiful dawns & great sunsets.

Rental Policies

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $300. is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less $100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
The $75 service fee is NOT refundable, The $300 deposit fee is refundable less any damage fees within 7 days.
Cancellation min. fee $100.00

principal renter and/or occupant must be 25 yrs or older.
If principal renter and/or occupant are at least 21 years of age, a higher deposit with a major credit card will be necessary no exceptions.
