The stunning screened-in Pool/Jacuzzi area is complimented by a tranquil and serene lanai/lounge area which gives the ambiance of a Caribbean style resort. Serves as the perfect retreat after a long day at the theme parks. A patio table and chairs are provided for all your outdoor meals. Several lounge chairs are available to sit back and enjoy the Florida sun. There is also convenient direct outdoor access to a private full bath.

Magnificent and professionally decorated master bedroom suite. Informal elegance best describes this room featuring a king sized bed, cable TV, beautiful private master bath with Jacuzzi/spa tub, shower and huge walk-in closet. A deluxe Pack-n-Play with full-size bassinet is also provided for your convenience. Sliding glass doors provide a view and direct access to the Lanai & Pool/Jacuzzi area.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings:

Occupancy is limited to 14, that's two per bedroom and two on the sofa bed.

Pets are not permitted within the vacation home and the community.

Smoking is not permitted within the vacation home.

Arrival Times

Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00pm. Check-out time is no later than 11:00am.

Please note the price is for the Entire House- Not per person.

Shorter stays available (starting at $225 per night)

Holiday Weeks: add $50 per night.

Pool Heating, if required (based on personal preference) is payable at the rate of $15 per day. (arrangements can be made with the property management company upon arrival).

A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure all reservations.

Weekend arrivals/departures preferred.

There is a cleaning fee of $100 for bookings less than 7 nights.

A damage deposit of $500 is required which will be refunded after departure assuming no damage to the property.
