Additional Rate and Deposit Information

2 night minimum. One-time cleaning fee $100 - $200. Deposit one night to hold. Bal. due 14 days prior to arrival. 15% cancellation fee up to 14 days prior to arrival; thereafter cost of one night plus half of remaining nights.
