This home is one of the best vacation rental values on Exuma. Excellent central location is far enough away from the hustle of George Town to ensure the peaceful quiet we all enjoy on vacation, but still just 10 minutes to markets, banks, etc. This large home has all modern amenities, lots of french doors and windows bring the outdoors in. Waterfront location on the "sunset" side of the island. Water's Edge is located in a small, private community, and features its own marina, swimming pool, sandy beach with hammocks, and cabana located beachside. Excellent kayaking right from the shore on calm, warm water. Use of the tandem kayak is included. You will most likely have the pool, dock and beach areas all to yourself most days. Very quiet and beautiful location. Rental car discount is extended to all of our guests by one of the best car rental companies on the island. They will leave the car at the airport for you when you arrive, making it convenient for you to pick it up, and also saving you taxi fees.

A full time CONCIERGE is available for all of your needs. She will greet you at the airport, show you to the house, introduce you to all of the amenities of the home and the local area. She will book you a fishing trip, a boat rental or boating trip or a sightseeing excursion. She will even cook you an authentic Bahamian style meal in the house at your request. She will purchase groceries and have them waiting for you upon your arrival. She is on-call at all times to meet all of your needs.

Rental Policy

Half of rental due at time of reservation. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made over 90 days prior to scheduled arrival will receive full refund, less 10%. Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival will receive amount paid, less 25% IF house is re-rented for dates of reservation.

Arrival Times

Any day of the week for check-in. Check-in at 1:00 p.m. Check-out by 10:00 a.m.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Additional $275 security deposit required and will be refunded after your stay. Minimum stay 4 nights. Discounts for stays of two and 3 weeks.
Bahamas 10% hotel tax included in rate.
