The small hilltop village of Benitachell is located between Moraira, Teulada & Javea on the CV-740. This quiet traditional village has a variety of shops, restaurants and bars to enjoy. There are bus routes to Javea & Teulada and the Alicante to Valencia coach also stops in the village. There is a small weekly street market in the village held on a Wednesday morning. The Cumbre del Sol development set high on the coastal hills above the village is nestled between a nature reserve and the sea with it’s own beach at Playa del Moraig. The combination of hills, cliffs and Mediterranean views offer stunning scenery to a variety of villas and low rise apartments built amongst the hills and along the cliff tops. The area is ideally located to access the nearby resorts of Javea & Moraira with their sandy beaches and amenities, both within a 15 minute drive. There are two commercial centres offering a variety of amenities including a supermarket, restaurants and bars.
