Additional Rate and Deposit Information

High season rents Saturday to Saturday only (6/1 - 8/31).

In addition to the rent there is a 10% city tax on any rental less than 30 days, a $80 Cleaning fee and a $500 Security Deposit on weekly and $1000 Security Deposit on monthly rentals.
