Accommodation on one level comprises : 1 King/Twin, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, bathroom, cloakroom, lounge/diner, well equipped kitchen, covered pation and large sunbathing terrace. Large intergral garage and parking for 2 cars on driveway.

Facilities include Heat & Cool Air-Conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi Broadband, Local calls, HD Satellite TV, DVD, Washing machine & Dishwasher.

Heat & Cool Air-conditioning units and Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge, electric heaters in all bedrooms and bathroom, built in gas fire in lounge.

Wide selection of DVDs, CDs and books.

Rental Policy

The rental is inclusive for the villa and covers a pre visit villa clean, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi Broadband usage, local phone calls, the provision of bed linen, bath and swimming towels. All guests receive a 'Welcome Pack' upon their arrival.

Arrival Times

Our villa is available from 15:00 Hrs and must be vacated by 10:00 Hrs on the day of departure.

Minimum Stay 5 nights.
25% Deposit secures your booking.
Balance + £150 Refundable Security deposit strictly 8 weeks before departure.
